Orbit Swipe: Gravity Dash and nexloft.uk · Last updated: 3 October 2026

In short: The Orbit Swipe app collects no personal data. It has no internet access, no ads, no purchases, no accounts and no analytics. Everything you do in the game stays on your device. The only personal data we ever receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form on nexloft.uk.

Who we are

Orbit Swipe: Gravity Dash is published by Nexloft, a UK-based developer of mobile apps and games (nexloft.uk). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Nexloft.

Data the app collects

None. The app does not collect, receive, store, share or sell any personal information about you, and nothing from the app is sent to us or to any third party.

Why we can say that

The app does not request the Android INTERNET permission. Android prevents an app from making network connections without it, so the app is technically unable to transmit data. This is not just a policy promise; you can verify it in the app's permission list on your device.

The app also contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting libraries, no third-party SDKs that collect data, and no in-app purchases.

What is stored on your device

The game saves your progress locally on your device: for example best scores, unlocked systems, statistics and your daily-challenge streak. This data never leaves your device. The daily challenge layout is generated from the date on your device, so it needs no server.

Deleting your data

Google Play

If you install the app through Google Play, Google handles the download and may provide us with aggregated, anonymous technical information such as crash and ANR rates and install counts, in line with Google's own privacy policy. We do not receive information that identifies you.

Our website and contact form

The contact form on nexloft.uk asks for your name, email address and message. We use these only to read and reply to your message, and we do not use them for marketing, sell them or share them with anyone else. Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our email inbox. We keep messages only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing us.

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers and your IP address is visible to them when the page loads. If you email us directly, we use your address in the same way as a form message.

Children

The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. Because we collect no personal data, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone of any age.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects privacy, for example if it ever needs network access, we will update this policy and the date above before releasing that version.
